Hi James - I wonder if you can write about this question: how do you frame your desire to be free of pain positively, as the LoA teaches us to do? I struggle with two chronic pain conditions, which I believe are (or can be) reversible. But I am really struggling with coming up with a way to phrase the affirmation! "I am free of pain" still says "pain." "I feel good" seems weak. Help?
I'm not James obviously, but I really feel for you.
Have you tried, as James always teaches, looking at what the "polar opposite" of what your experience of being limited by your chronic pain conditions would be?
For example, the polar opposite of white is black, of up is down, etc. Framing the opposite for the experience of chronic lower back pain might be:
"I am so happy and grateful to feel so vibrant, healthy and alive experiencing the full range of movement in my back and being able to run, jump, bend and flex! It's a joy to be participating in my favorite physical activities on a regular basis and be experiencing the myriad health benefits of doing so."
Then close your eyes and put yourself into the picture as running, jumping about happily like a kid! Feel how great you would feel doing all this.

I really hope this helps a bit.
