| I'm proud to announce two very special appearances this month... Nothing like I've ever done before. The first is with Tom Green on his live TV/internet show Wednesday night... There are several very cool things about this interview, and here's a few of them: - The show's filmed live in the living room of Tom's Hollywood Hills home, and it's the first show to simultaneously air live on TV and online...
- The interview has no agenda or pre-screened questions. This will be my most intimate, off-the-cuff and funny interview to date...
- I'll be putting up a very cool personal item up for auction on eBay...
- You can call in to ask me anything you want on live TV!
- It's Tom Green... Unpredictable and always funny!
So be sure to clear your calendar... (I know you're going to love the item I'm putting on eBay!) Here are the details: Watch Online Wednesday (tomorrow) at 6pm Pacific / 9pm Eastern on www.tomgreen.com
Watch on TV Wednesday (tomorrow) / Check your local listings for times Canada (The Comedy Network); Houston, TX (KXTA); Phoenix, AZ (KUTP); Kansas City, MO (KSMO); Milwaukee, WI (WDJT); Las Vegas, NV (KTUD); Tulsa, OK (KMYT) I'll also be a judge in the Miss America Pageant! Now, you might be thinking, "Why in the world are you doing that, James?" And the answer is simple... I'm so passionate about helping people that it's an honor for me to help select one woman who can do the same... Did you know that Miss America travels over 20,000 miles a month, speaking to diverse audiences every other day throughout her reign? That hits home for me, and that's why I'm so dedicated to finding the right one. You see, this year the Miss America Organization is revamping the program and really focusing on choosing a modern role model and true leader in their community. And they're ditching the big hair and overdone makeup! Each of the other 6 judges and I get to interview each participant one-on-one and really dig into what they believe and what their cause is... And I'm going to be looking for the one who best exemplifies Harmonic Wealth®. The one that is truly an example of possibility. The pageant is going to air live on TLC on January 26, 2008 at 8pm Eastern. (That's the cue to set your Tivo.) Labels: green, interview, media, miss america |
Thanks for sharing with us the intimate side of such a strong and powerful man. It is always encouraging to know such men are still very human.
Being a parent myself and while these are indeed troubled times with very uncertain outcomes, it is critical for us all to know; we have the power to change what it is we don't like. Your books are very thorough and yet, seeing it live makes a huge difference in "making it real".
To hear such deep emotions, of hardships overcome, and steadfast faith empowering those around him through love, joy and pride [especially in his son's circumstances] is an awesome tribute to your long list of accomplishments. It is so satisfying to see how your good works are providing positive changes on both sides.
I can see that it is from the depths of your own soul that this was indeed an important interview [a must see], and I thank you so very much for sharing it with us, as one more contribution toward excellence.

As I sat and listened to Terry talk about his life and the more recent trials that have been dealt to him and his family, I couldn't help but think about my own life.
As I listened to Terry talk about how grateful he was for things that most would consider being grounds for immense ungratefulness, I couldn't help but think about my life.
As I sat and listened to the positive tone in Terry's voice and noticed the incredible sense of calmness that exuded from him, I couldn't help but think about my own life.
Hmmmmmm, I haven't exactly been walking the warrior path. I sounded an awful lot like "his other half".
I've allowed things to get to me, and I've been incredibly inpatient and intolerant lately. I've even been short-tempered.
I've even had the audacity to blame my swings on perimenopause, even though I haven't been diagnosed.
You were right, James. The last 15 minutes were magical!
Now is the time!
Shortly after watching the video, I made some decisions.
I made a conscious decision to stop wasting my valuable energy complaining. If I don’t like, it’s probably because I willed that event to occur.
I made a conscious decision to get off my butt and take action in losing the weight that I gained when I quit smoking 8 1/2 months ago. I’m supposed to be fabulously fine at 40; not 40 and fat.
I made a conscious decision to be a better person today and to stop fretting over yesterday and stop stressing over tomorrow. What’s done is done, and what’s yet to come is uncertain.
Thank you, James, for all that you do.
I am grateful for many things and one of them is having found you.
Your student,
Adonya, Tulsa OK
P.S. Would love to see you come back home and do a seminar here. :)
