How do you handle stress?

James Arthur Ray With National Stress Awareness Month at a close, have you given any thought to the areas of your life where you could stand to eliminate stress? I hope you were able to take a look at the video I sent you earlier this week and started putting the strategies provided into action...

You know, something that I often hear from my students and graduates is how much better they're able to handle stress than ever before as a result of studying with me...

By resolving many of the major issues they've been struggling with, they've released years of built up worry, tension and toxic anxiety from many different areas of their life, from relationships to finances to health and beyond.

In fact, I've kept track of some of the best questions I've received over the years, and the advice I gave to help my students solve some important life issues that have been holding them back, allowing them to leave behind heaps of stress and apprehension...

For instance, one question I hear quite frequently is: "How do I find my purpose?"

Many people, maybe even you, feel like they're adrift and stuck in a rut, like they're not doing what they were put here to do (and they don't know what that is!)...

But there is a solution...

Click here to find the answer to this and many other pressing life questions.

The Two Types of Stress

Maybe you've heard me talk about the two different types of stress lately...

Well, since April is Stress Awareness month, it's the perfect time to examine the role stress plays for you so you can make necessary changes to be more productive, improve your health and enhance the overall quality of your life.

Because I know how useful this information has been for me in my life, I put together a video for you with some little-known truths about stress I think you'll find really beneficial...

What you may not be aware of is that there are actually two different types of stress, one of which you can literally use to propel you to greater levels of growth and success than you've ever known before.

Yes James, eustress (the opposite of distress) is stress that is somewhat beneficial - but not too much; since your body cannot differentiate what stressors cause distress and what stressors cause eustress. In both cases your adrenal glands secrete adrenaline. According to Dr. Selye, too much adrenaline in your body is worse than being intoxicated. Learning to manage the stress that your stressors (breathing, environment, attitude, and nutrition) present to you and to the people you love is essential. Take action by reviewing your lifestyle and your goals. For our complete article visit http://YourStressMatters.com/stress5.htm

Going Back to Work After 50

I was on the Today show today discussing how to get back into the job market after the age of 50...

Remember, there's a difference between choosing what you want and just getting a paycheck, and you must act out of inspiration instead of desperation.

Nice job, James. You did well under pressure with little time and much to say--while sharing the floor with the other gentleman, who was indeed a gentleman.

Best,

Experts advise stress can lead to health problems...

And they reveal a plan to prevent them!

James Ray International If you've given any attention to the media lately, you may have been affected by the current headlines more than you realize.

No, I'm not talking about your finances... I'm talking about your health.

Pick up the paper, watch the news, check out your favorite blogs and all you see is the same thing over and over again...

"Economic Meltdown" seems to be the topic... Headline after headline.

The media, as well as most viewers, are placing their attention on so much fear that it's doing nothing but creating the very thing we don't want. With all of this negative attention in the media, it's understandable that stress levels are increasing.

And now, study after study is actually documenting how stress can have dramatic effects on your health and well-being.

Well, thanks to my friend Bill Harris, you don't have to suffer the ill health effects of today's stress. You probably know Bill since I've recommended him to you before. He's the owner of Centerpointe and creator of Holosync Audio Technology.

Bill's team has just created a fascinating and informative flash video presentation about the health problems created by stress and one simple thing you can do to eliminate them.

It's a great presentation and only takes a few minutes to watch.

On top of that, he's agreed to send a Holosync demo CD to you (at no charge, of course... he'll even pay shipping) so you can see for yourself how well this amazing technology works.

So please. Go to www.centerpointe.com/free/ray108 right now to see the video and get the demo. You've got to check this out because the way Holosync wipes out stress could make a huge difference in the length and quality of your life.

To your continued wealth and happiness,

P.S. Please watch Bill's video right now. The information you'll learn could have a huge impact on the rest of your life. Plus, you won't want to wait a day more than you have to in order to try Holosync for yourself. I love it.
